A few weeks ago I was talking with a GM in NYC (Alain Derderian), who was telling me about his frustrations with hotel technology today.

With HITEC - the biggest hospitality tech show - coming up in a few weeks, I think we have an opportunity now to not only learn from each other on what’s working and what’s not with technology - but also share with technology providers what they need to do to better serve you.
